The Department of Commerce, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (University of Delhi) Organizes 6th National Conference on Business and Management, 2019, Guiding the Way through the 21st Century. The conference seeks to discuss the issues and challenges before the business world in the ever evolving dynamic environment. <strong>The purpose of present conference</strong> is to invite thinkers, scholars and professionals to debate and discuss how the present century is not a linear extension of the past. The amalgam of forces and players in the 21st century is a new kind of cocktail. The conference is divided into three broad discussion areas. The first session is devoted to developing an understanding of advances in the area of <strong>Business and Finance</strong>. The second session highlights the changing dynamics in the area of<strong> Marketing</strong>. The concerns like ecology, ethics, morality and corruption which have remained at the periphery have now assumed centre stage in marketing and this requires debate and discussion. The third session seeks to explore the paradigm shifts in<strong> Human ResourceManagement and Organizational Behaviour</strong>. In this age of disruptions, business leaders are being pressed to rewrite the rules for how they organize, recruit, develop, manage and engage the 21st century workforce. </p>
